Make Deep Friendships For Life
The Real-Life NYC Mindfulness Mastermind: A Supportive & Intimate Group For Mindful City Living
Lead By Intuitive Coach Rusty Bergen
Are You Practicing Mindfulness Alone in NYC?
Life in NYC can be overwhelming.
The culture here expects you to be “on” almost 24/7. Mostly in terms of your job, but even when you leave the office, that intense pressure to be “on” doesn’t stop. There’s so much demand outside of work, whether through family or social happenings, that it becomes rare to get a moment to truly relax.
When we’re this busy, it can feel like we’re slugging through life and not really enjoying or appreciating anything we have. Being busy all the time can cause us to lose presence and awareness of ourselves and our world, which makes us unsatisfied. Even if the un-satisfaction is only slight, that feeling gnaws at you and slowly deteriorates your quality of your life.
Get True Support and Accountability For Your Mindful Living Goals
When we’re so busy at work, home, and out in the city, when is there time to stop and appreciate what we have?
When is there time to stop striving for something more and accept what we have?
How can we make the time to become aware of what we think, how we feel, and how we communicate?
A few of us have taken up mindfulness practices to combat this “always on” culture, but it can be extremely difficult to stick to your meditation practice and goals of living a more mindful life without the proper support system.
Going at it alone makes things more difficult for yourself, and could cost you years of frustration.
It’s much easier to live a mindful life when you surround yourself with people who share your common goals and are actively providing you with feedback, support, and accountability.
Get a Real-Life Deep Community In NYC, Not Just A Facebook Group
As a culture, when we talk about communities and groups in 2018, why is it that 90 percent of the options are virtual ?
There’s a lot of power in face-to-face connections, and that’s the belief this group is based upon.
Instead of a bunch of virtual connections, in just a few weeks, you could have a real physical community of like minded people in NYC interested in taking a contemplative approach to life. There’s a real opportunity here to make new deep friends for life.
Being a part of a supportive group of people interested in mindful living can rapidly give you the feedback, accountability, and support you need to achieve your goals and transform your life faster than you could have imagined.
We’re Keeping This Group Intimate
In order to keep this group intimate, we're choosing only a handful of carefully selected candidates.
This group consists only of people who are willing to show up, work hard, and commit to living a more mindful life. We're screening out anyone who doesn't fit that criteria, and we have to cap the mastermind off at 5 in order to give everyone the proper attention they need.
See what my clients have to say about me:
“I saw rusty for the first time with my sister, because she begged me to come with her. I didn’t think I really needed to go because I thought I was doing just fine. Before I started seeing Rusty I didn’t think anything was wrong with me. But, once I started talking to him I realized all I had been keeping inside. Rusty really helped to crack me open and help me become aware of myself. Now I don’t want to say that my life is better now just because of Rusty, but my life is better now because of Rusty. We worked together to get me to a place of understanding and consciousness, and I am very thankful for the work we’ve done together”
— Victoria Arslani
“Thank you for all the love and guidance you have provided me over the past several months . It has been so helpful and comforting as I have navigated this transition and come to terms with the unknown. You have fed me with spiritual food, giving me, or helping me access the strength and courage to move though this with grace and an open mind. You truly have a gift, and I have felt as though our sessions have led me to more love and freedom. I feel so grateful for this and for the opportunity to have gotten to know you. Thank you for sharing your gifts and for believing in me. Thank you for helping me realize my potential. I thank you for pushing me to be better. I will be taking these lessons to use and share wherever I go. Thank you”
“I am grateful to be working with such an intuitive, genuine and committed coach as Rusty. With encouragement and support, I have been able to navigate more confidently through life’s transitions. Rusty is an exceptional listener, coaching in a gentle and direct way. Engaging conversations and thoughtful questions have led to an awareness of self-defeating behaviors that have kept me from moving forward. I have a sense of control in my life that I have never before experienced. I am building self-esteem and continuing to live to my full potential with Rusty’s valuable guidance.”
— Alex M.
